What’s Included in Registration
In addition to unparalleled networking and an exciting lineup of incredible speakers, registration includes a continental breakfast, a networking lunch, and an early evening networking reception featuring food and drinks at the venue.
Travel Planning and Nearby Lodging
The AI Symposium will take place on November 20, 2025, from approximately 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. A light breakfast, full lunch, breaks, and an evening drinks reception are included in your registration.
The AI Symposium venue in Washington, DC, will be announced to registered attendees only prior to the Symposium. For travel planning purposes, we suggest Georgetown-area hotels to be the most convenient.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We offer full refunds within 1 month of the event date.
No onsite substitutions will be allowed.
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, FinRegLab assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
